Niwari: An incident has come to light from Niwari in Madhya Pradesh that has brought shame to humanity. Here, the driver of an ambulance left a poor couple on the roadside in the middle of the night with a newborn who had died of his injuries when they did not get the full fare. In the terrifying silence of the night, the constrained couple was crying uncontrollably. The cars were going out on the road, but there was no one to listen to the screams of the couple. After some time, a police car stopped and a police officer came forward to help the couple.
In fact, Jasoda Bai, wife of Rajaram Kushwaha, a resident of Manetha in Niwari district, had given birth to a baby boy four days ago. As the child was not in good health, he was undergoing treatment at Prithvipur hospital. The child was referred from Prithvipur to Jhansi for better treatment. In Jhansi, the child succumbed to his injuries during treatment and the hospital management asked them to take him home. From here, the challenging journey for the aggrieved parents began.
The same father left Jhansi to go home with the dead baby wrapped in a shawl in his lap. The father had only Rs 1,050 in his pocket, while a private ambulance driver had asked for Rs 2,000 to go to Manetha village. Due to the half fare, the ambulance driver dropped them off halfway at Prithvipur and left from there. At 2 p.m., a woman and her husband started going to their village, Manetha, on foot with the dead child in their arms. Meanwhile, Prithvipur SDOP Santosh Patel, driver Kumar Shanu and gunman Pankaj Yadav, who were patrolling the night, found them on the road. The SDOP asked the whole thing and then took them to their home in Manetha. Let me tell you that this incident happened on Wednesday night.
