Visakhapatnam: The Andhra Pradesh government has issued a notice on Friday to remove the illegal bungalow on the foothills of the River Krishna. The bungalow was leased by Chandrababu Naidu, former CM of Andhra Pradesh and Telugu Desam Party (TDP). The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority has pasted the notice on the wall of the bungalow as its owner Lingmanani Ramesh was not available there to take notice.

The authority's notice said that legal permission was not taken for the construction of the six-acre bungalow on the foothills of the River Krishna and it was made in complete violation of the Bangla Rule Act. It is worth mentioning that the authorities started demolishing the conference hall 'Praja Vedika' adjacent to the bungalow on Wednesday.

The chamber was built during Chandra Babu Naidu's CM tenure at a cost of Rs 8.90 crore for government conferences as there was no other facility in the new capital of the state. The tension between newly elected CM Jagan Mohan Reddy and Chandra Babu Naidu has been in the heat since the change of power in Andhra Pradesh.
