Kidambi Srikanth, who recently won the French Open super series has been rewarded by the Andhra Pradesh state cabinet with an amount of Rs 2 crore and about 1,000 square yards of land in Amaravati. Besides this, they also announced a deputy collector's job in the state government to the ace shuttler. Kidambi Srikanth became the first Indian to win four Superseries titles in a calendar year with his win at French Open earlier this week.
