New Delhi: The Japanese automobile manufacturer Honda is preparing to launch the CB350 cafe racer model in India soon after the success of the H'ness CB350 and CB350RS.

In the most recent development, Rushlane has leaked images of the upcoming motorcycle built on the CB350 platform before its official debut. To complete the cafe racer look, the two-wheeler will display a sporty quarter fairing and a rider-only saddle.

For more than two years, Honda's CB350 twins, the H'ness and RS, enjoyed success in India. Customers and critics alike praised the bikes for their neo-retro styling, contemporary connectivity features, and powerful engines.

The motorcycle manufacturer now intends to increase the line-up by providing a motorcycle in the cafe racer style on the tried-and-true platform of the CB350

The general design aesthetic of the upcoming Honda CB350 cafe racer will be carried over from the H'ness and RS models. It will display a sloping fuel tank, a wide handlebar, a round LED headlamp unit, an upswept exhaust, a saddle with a cowl only for the rider, a squared-out taillamp, and substantial chrome fenders. It will have alloy wheels, a semi-digital instrument cluster, and Bluetooth connectivity.

The upcoming CB350 cafe racer, like its siblings the H'ness and RS, will be powered by a 348.3cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that has a maximum output of 20.8 horsepower and a maximum torque of 30 Nm. A 5-speed gearbox will probably be connected to the mill.

For improved ride and handling, the upcoming Honda CB350 cafe racer will have disc brakes on the front and rear wheels, dual-channel ABS, and Honda Selectable Torque Control. Telescopic forks in the front and twin shock absorbers in the back should handle the sport motorcycle's suspension functions.
