He made his Test debut in the year 1933 at the age of 41 years and 27 days. Well c. Ramaswamy was able to take part in only 2 Test matches for India. During this, he scored 170 runs at an average of 56.66, which included a half-century. C Ramaswamy also played 53 first-class matches, in which he has 2400 runs to his name at an average of 28.91. Ramaswamy had scored two centuries and 12 half-centuries in first-class cricket.
