Many state boards have fixed the dates of board exams for the students, while many boards have declared tentative dates. At the same time, CBSE and CISE have not even released the tentative date sheet yet, but like other state boards, the examinations are likely to start around February-March. Let us know which states have released the schedule of board exams. 

MPBSE 2023: Maharashtra Board Exam:-

Maharashtra State Board has announced the tentative dates for Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations. The probable dates for HSC exams are from February 21 to March 20, while SSC exams are likely to be held from March 2 to March 25. 

Madhya Pradesh (MPBSE) Board Exams 2023:-

Recently the Education Minister of Madhya Pradesh has announced that the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) will conduct board exams for class 10 and 12 from February 13 to March 31. On the other hand, the state board will start the practical examinations from February 13, which will end on February 28. The theory exams will start from March 1 and continue till March 31. 

Term Exams (GBSHSE) being held in Goa:-

Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Education (GBSHSE) is going to conduct exams in two terms like last year. Here the term 1 exam for SSC is going on from 10th November which will end on 29th November. At the same time, the HSSC exam started on 10th November and end on 23rd November. The second term theory exam for class 10th will start on 1st April and the practical exam will be conducted from 1st March. The theory exams of class 12 will start from March 1, while the practical exams will start from February 1. The practical exam for NSQF will start from 7th February. 

Tamil Nadu Board Exam 2023:-

It has been informed by the Tamil Nadu School Education Department that the class 10 and 12 board exams of the year 2023 will start from April 6 and March 13 respectively. Here the 10th class examinations will be held from 6 to 20 April. While the class 12 exams will start from March 13 and continue till April 6. The practical examinations of the board classes are likely to be held from the first week of February to the second week of February or March. 

West Bengal (WBBSE) HSC Board Exams:-

West Bengal Board of Secondary Education announced that the class 10 board exams will start from 23rd February till 4th March, exams will start from 11:45 am and end at 3 pm. The first 15 minutes in the exam hall will be for reading the question paper. Meanwhile, the practical exams will be held from December 5 to December 21. 

CBSE exam can start from 15th February:-

CBSE 10th and 12th board exam 2023 can start from 15th February 2023. The board had informed about this while releasing the results of the 2021-22 examination. In such a situation, now the students are waiting for the complete timetable. The Central Board of Secondary Education may soon announce the timetable for the 10th and 12th examinations. After that, students will be able to check the exam date from the official portal of the board, cbse.gov.in. 

UP Board exam 2023: Exams will start from March:-

Board issued a notice in September 2022 informing that board exams will be held from March 2023 and pre-board and practicals in February 2023. Now the students are waiting for their detailed date sheet, which may be out soon. UPMSP may soon release the UP Board Date Sheet 2023 on its official portal.
