The first look launch of Ravi Teja's film on 'Tiger Nageswara Rao' (directed by Vamsi) has sparked a debate in Tollywood. Two biopics are being shot on the same person, which has become a hot topic in Tollywood. Belamkonda Sai Srinivas released the first look of 'Stuartpuram Donga' sometime back and the makers have also announced that they are making a film on the old infamous thief 'Tiger Nageswara Rao'.

On the other hand, protagonist Ravi Teja also later announced a film on 'Tiger Nageswara Rao's life story and recently released its first look. After meeting Nageswara Rao's family members, he says, he worked on the script for four years and wrote the script based on those conversations. Reportedly, the director has said that he had taken permission from Nageswara Rao's family to make his autobiography into a film.

Responding to this, the makers of 'Stuartpuram Donga' have said that they have every right to make a film on Nageswara Rao. However, the producer of the film Ravi Teja has reportedly reacted by saying that it does not make sense to approach Belamkonda Suresh to reconsider his decision on the subject. Now, these two biopics have become quite a hot topic among the filmmakers in Tollywood with a lot of debates on social media and in the film circles.
