In fact, a person who was disabled three years ago in a road accident had filed an application against the insurance company. The case of the man was heard in a Lok Court held in Korba on September 11. The handicapped man who arrived for the hearing was not able to walk. Korba District Sessions Judge BP Verma got the news about the handicapped man and approached his car himself.
At the same time, they called the documents related to the man's case and the party related to the case near the car. After hearing both sides, he ordered the insurance company to pay a fine of Rs. 20 lakhs. Seeing this form of the same judge, everyone standing there is turning to the judge and this work done by him is truly commendable.
