Here the doctors were stunned to see such a large bunch of hair coming out of the stomach of a 17-year-old girl due to surgery. Doctors have successfully operated on him. According to the news received, a student studying in GGIC Rajpur Road was running ill for a very long time. She was not able to come to school, so when the school principal inquired, she came to know that the girl's family members are very poor.
Because of this, he is not able to get the child's treatment. Thereafter, the principal sought help from the Rotary Club of Dehradun and a medical center. The same girl was shown to the doctor. Due to the problem of abdominal pain, CT scan was done. Thereafter, the doctor told that it is difficult to save the life of the girl child if she is not treated soon, but the treatment was costing more than one lakh, which her family was unable to pay. In the test, it was found that the girl had a disease called Tricho-Bazar.
In this, the patients who are not mentally stable, they start eating their own hair. It was found in the CT scan that a bundle of hair of 12 by 6 cm was stuck in the stomach of the patient and a bunch of 8 by 4 cm was trapped in the intestines. Due to this the patient's stomach was bloating and the infection was spreading. After the same operation, the girl was kept in ICU for 3 to 4 days. The girl is stable now. The girl was treated with the help of Rotary Club Dehradun and Medical Center.
