Indore: In the matter of acquisition of 600 buses for the program of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in the evening, the government was supposed to answer in the High Court today. News has been received that the government lawyer has asked for some more time for this. Now we have to wait till January to hear this matter. A hearing for the case will take place in the second week of January.

Today in the High Court, the Government had to give this reply in the PIL which said that the program of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh was organized on 26th September 2020 in Saver region. During this time 600 buses were acquired to mobilize. Diesel and other expenses of buses were paid from the government account while the program was purely political. By-elections were to be held in the evening and in view of this, a meeting of the Chief Minister was held.

According to the guideline issued by the Center to prevent the spread of epidemic infection in the corona, the petition has been filed saying that only 100 people were allowed, but still thousands of people were gathered. In this petition filed, it has been demanded that this amount should be recovered from the officials who have paid this event from the government account. On the hearing held earlier, the court issued notice to the government and sought its response. When the hearing was held on Thursday, no response was given from the government but rather more time was sought.
