Beijing: The iQoo Pad has been unveiled in China by Vivo's sub-brand iQoo. The tablet and the iQoo Neo 8 series of smartphones were both unveiled at the same time.
The new iQoo Pad is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+chipset and up to 12GB RAM, and it is available in four storage configurations. The display is a 12.1-inch LCD with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2.8K resolution, and a maximum brightness of 600nits. OriginOS 3 powered by Android 13 powers the tablet.
The base 8GB + 128GB storage variant of the iQoo Pad costs CNY 2,599 (approximately Rs 30,520), while the 8GB + 256GB model costs CNY 2,899 (approximately Rs 34,045) and the 12GB + 256GB variant costs CNY 3,199 (approximately Rs 37,565). The most expensive iQoo Pad, with a 12GB+512GB configuration, costs CNY 3,499 (about $41,090).

Vivo China's online store is currently taking pre-orders for the iQoo Pad. It is only available in the colour Interstellar Grey.
The recently released iQoo Pad has a 12.1-inch LCD screen with 2.8K resolution, a maximum brightness of 600 nits, and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. HDR10 is also supported by the display. It has an onboard storage capacity of up to 512GB and a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+SoC with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The tablet has OriginOS 3 running on top of Android 13 underneath.

The iQoo Pad has a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor as its top optics. The tablet has an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.

It has a 10,000mAh battery inside that supports 44W fast charging. The iQoo Pad weighs 585g and has dimensions of 266.03x191.60x6.59mm.
