The labourer was buried in the rubble by the mud sinking between the sewer line work being laid under the Shivpur Bazar Amrut scheme of Vindachal. The atmosphere of panic in the rubble of the labourer is increasing. About an hour later, the labourers buried in the rubble have been admitted to the hospital. The condition of the labourer remains crucial. The work of laying of pipelines under Amrut scheme is being done near Shivpur Bazar Jigsaw machine.

As per the information received, the pit was dug for laying the sewer line. Ajay Kumar son Bholnath, Rajpur resident of Katra Kotwwali area, cleaned the pit at around 12 noon. As soon as the young man landed in the pit, the soil went down to about 8 feet below the young man's leg. The young man was buried under the rubble. There was a rise in the construction site. An attempt was made to remove the debris with the help of local people, but the debris could not be removed. The contractor immediately sought the Poklan.

It has been revealed that the young man who was buried in the rubble was somehow ejected after about an hour with the help of Poklan. With the help of contractors and labourers, the youth was admitted to divisional hospital in the face-to-face. The condition of the youth remains grim. The kin of the youth on the information also reached the hospital. There was a discussion among the local people that the incident took place due to negligence of the contractor.
