Due to snowfall in some areas of the mountains, there is a big change in the temperature in the weather of the plains. Due to the Western Disturbance, the drizzle has also been seen in Delhi-NCR, due to which the temperature has also started falling downwards. According to the Meteorological Department, the Indian Meteorological Department has once again issued warnings of thunder and hail against many parts of the country. There is a possibility of rains in many areas in the northeastern state during the coming 24 hours. Light rain has been predicted in parts of UP, Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha.
Light rains have also been expressed over the hilly areas of northern India. Hail and rain in the mountains can be seen increasing again from Sunday. Rainfall has also been predicted till 17 March on the mountains. On March 16-17, some areas of UP including Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi can see thunderstorms with torrential rains. Between this period, pre-monsoon will also be seen from Central India to South India.
According to a report by the Indian Meteorological Ministry, a new western disturbance is seen near northern Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir, which is also affecting the plains. At the same time, the drizzle has been recorded in some areas of Madhya Pradesh. There is a possibility of rain at different places in the Gwalior, Chambal, Jabalpur, Bhopal, Hoshangabad, and Sagar divisions.
It is also being said that according to the Meteorological Department, pre-monsoon rainfall has started in different parts of India before the arrival of the rainy season. These pre-monsoon activities are scheduled to continue during March – April, and May. During these 3 months in the pre-monsoon season, thunderstorms, lightning, and hail and many more activities are likely to occur. Along with this, there are some places in the eastern and northeastern states of the country, where the weather takes a very extreme form.
