In Purvanchal, the Congress is busy in a 2-day churning to find its lost land. A program for the training of 155 block presidents of 11 districts is going to be organized in Gola tehsil of Gorakhpur. The program was inaugurated by Congress State President Ajay Kumar Lallu. Along with the enthusiasm in the block presidents, he has given the mantra of victory. State President Lallu said that this training program is going to be organized to strengthen the organization. First, the party is getting stronger at the gram panchayat level and now at the block level. Also, Lallu said that after Priyanka Gandhi became UP in-charge, the work of the organization has increased.
Where it has come to know that for more than three decades, Congress, away from power, is continuously engaged in focusing on the villages, trying to connect the people of the village. Lallu said that the emphasis of former PM Rajiv Gandhi was also on empowering the gram panchayats. Ever since Priyanka Gandhi became the in-charge of the state, she has been continuously trying to connect the party officials at the village level.
This allegation was made against the BJP: In Gorakhpur, the block presidents' workshop is being held in Gola, 60 km away from the district headquarters. Where the workers of 11 districts of Purvanchal, Varanasi, Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia, Deoria, Gorakhpur, Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Satankabiranagar, Siddharthnagar, and Basti churned and gave them the mantra of victory of the party. The state president said that with the speed with which the BJP is ending the social war in the country in the villages. It is trying to delve into the politics of religion and caste by diverting it from issues and subjects. Congressmen are going to villages with these subjects.
