Patna: Incidents of getting phones are often reported near jail inmates. Prisoners lodged in jail operate mobile phones in connivance with the jail police or hide it from the eyes of the policemen. A similar case has come to light from Gopalganj Mandal Kara (Jail) in Bihar. Here the prisoner, who is serving a sentence in a drug trafficking case, had a mobile phone. He hurriedly swallowed the mobile phone to hide for fear of the police.  

Shortly after, his health deteriorated. On an x-ray in the hospital, the mobile phone was clearly visible in his stomach. At present, prisoner Kaishar Ali is undergoing treatment at Sadar Hospital. According to the news, a shocking case came to light from Gopalganj Mandal. A prisoner named Kaishar Ali is serving a jail term here in a drug trafficking case. He was using a mobile phone while in jail. On Saturday night, when he was using the mobile phone, the police on duty came.

Seeing the police coming, Kaishar Ali panicked and swallowed the mobile phone. Shortly after, he started having severe pain in his stomach. He told the jail authorities that he had a stomach ache and told that he had swallowed the mobile phone. Hearing this, the jail administration also raised their ears. He was rushed to Sadar hospital for treatment. Here a prisoner swallowed a mobile phone for fear of being caught. The jail administration has brought him to Sadar Hospital, where treatment is going on. According to the news received, Kaishar Ali's father's name is Babujan Mian and he is a resident of Inradwa Rafi village. On January 17, 2020, Kaishar was arrested by the police along with smack (drugs) near Hajiapur village. The court sentenced him to jail. Since then, he has been lodged in Mandal Jail.
