Indore: The roof of the stepwell (well) built on the ancient Shri Beleshwar Mahadev Jhulelal temple located in Patel Nagar in Madhya Pradesh's Indore city collapsed on Thursday. The death toll in the accident has reached 36. Some families who have lost their loved ones have taken the initiative of organ donation. Officers and people have welcomed this decision of the families. Muskaan Group, which works for organ donation, has praised this step of the families of the victims. Sandipan Arya, in-charge of the organ donation department of Muskaan Group, said that even in this hour of grief, some families have talked about donating the organs of the dead. He said, "The woman Madhu Kukreja has lost her life in the accident. Firstly her family came forward for organ donation and they approached us and expressed their desire to donate Madhu's eyes. There are 8 families who have talked about donating the eyes of their deceased family members. Along with this, there are 3 families who have talked about donating skin. We are also discussing with other families for organ donation of their deceased family members.
