The AC coach of the train returning from Secunderabad to Jodhpur has been reported to have stolen the valuables of some passengers on Friday morning. On arrival at the Marwar Junction of the train, the passengers are being requested to make a ruckus and protect the passengers. A complaint of looting has also been lodged on behalf of some passengers. The Secunderabad-Hisar express train was moving towards Jodhpur in the morning. All the passengers were sleeping in deep sleep, meanwhile, TT says that some people started attacking the train with stones as soon as the train was out of the road. The loco pilot slowed down the speed of the train. As the train slowed down, four or five people climbed into the AC coach. The passengers say they did not hear any sound of stone-pelting.

Continuing his point, he said that the robbers were already on the train. As soon as the train came, the robbers started looting the luggage of the sleeping passengers. The robbers also started snatching luggage threatening the passengers. One passenger said that the robbers took a purse and made them walk. In addition to about forty thousand rupees cash in that purse, there were some other essential items including mobile, gold earrings, Aadhaar card. Similarly, about five passengers escaped when the train slowed down before the Marwar Junction station carrying their luggage.

It is learned that the passengers began to strike as soon as the incident was digested on the train. Everyone first explored their belongings. The passengers then lodged their protest. Some passengers tweeted to Railway Minister Piyush Goyal and briefed the incident. Later, when the train reached Marwar Junction in the morning, the passengers stopped the train and made a ruckus at the station. The case calmed down after registering reports of some passengers and assurances from the officers.
