The extremely shocking Jiah Khan's suicide case and accusation for the same is made to Sooraj Pancholi who was earlier taken into custody for that. Jiah Khan's mother is continuing the case but a suit of defamation has been filed against her for making defamatory statements in interviews to journalists and on Twitter.
On Thursday, Aditya Pancholi and his family have filed contempt suit against late Jiah's mother Rabia Khan. The family also requested that Rabia should stop saying such things.
Representative of family, Counsel Prashant Patil said, "Despite giving a statement before Justice Shahrukh Kathawalla, she continues to post defamatory material on her twitter account. Between May and December 2015, she posted five tweets and also gave an interview to a magazine against the Pancholi family."
Hearing of said suit will be started soon.
