On Monday, Badshah of Bollywood honoured with doctorate by the Maulana Azad National Urdu University to see his contribution towards promotion of Urdu culture in society. In presence of President of India Pranab Mukherjee, the ceremony was conducted.
Shahrukh was given 'honorius causa' (doctor of letters) by Chancellor Zafar Sareshwala on day of the sixth convocation of the university. After receiving the honour, King Khan gave a motivational and inspirational speech.
