Actually, SP MLA Dr. When RK Verma started walking on the foundation, the bricks started crumbling from there. After this, MLA Aarey Verma pushed the standing wall with one hand, then the wall also collapsed. After this, RK Verma, seeing the condition of construction, said that this is not an engineering college, but a graveyard is being built for Pratapgarh, there is a planned loot in the district, how loot is going on. SP MLA RK Verma found the yellow bricks used in the construction of the engineering college as well as the cement and sand of inferior quality.

After this, SP MLA RK Verma got angry and called the DM and told the whole thing. After this the engineers of Rural Engineering Service reached the spot hurriedly and took the sample in front of MLA RK Verma and sent it to the laboratory for examination.
