Under-construction building wall collapses in Delhi, 5 labourers died

New Delhi: The news of a tragic accident is coming out from the capital of the country. The wall of a godown located in Alipur in the capital suddenly collapsed on Friday. It is being told that five labourers lost their lives in this accident, while more than a dozen people have been injured. So far, 14 injured have been taken to the hospital for treatment.  

It is being told that 20 to 25 workers were working in the godown at the time of the accident. In such a situation, more people are feared to be trapped under the debris. According to the information provided by the police, five labourers were killed in the accident. 14 injured have been taken to hospital. Seven injured are said to be out of danger. The condition of 2 is said to be critical.

It is being told that many more people are feared to be buried in the debris right now. Police authorities have reached the spot and are carrying out a rescue operation. The injured have been admitted to Raja Harish Chandra Hospital for treatment. It is being told that despite receiving the complaint, the district collector and SDM offices were not stopping the construction of illegal godowns.
