According to the government guidelines, at present, people who are more than 60 years of age are being given the covid vaccine. Apart from this, people who are more than 45 years old who are suffering from some serious disease, are also being given the vaccine. According to official figures, 1 crore 90 lakh people have been vaccinated in India till 7 pm on 5 March 2021 (Friday). Prior to this, on Thursday, the maximum corona vaccine was installed in India in a day. At the same time, the work of applying covid vaccine on Thursday was 40 percent more than on Wednesday. India is now behind only the US in terms of giving doses of covid vaccine. At the same time, the second dose of vaccine has also been started in India. Where it has been learned that the UK is at number three after the United States and India in terms of applying the most coveted vaccine in the world.
So far 19 million people got vaccinated: According to the data released by the Central Health Department, a total of 1,90,40,175 people have been given vaccine doses as of 7 pm on Friday evening. In which 68,96,529 healthcare workers have been given the first dose. At the same time, the first dose has been given to 62,94,755 frontline workers. At the same time, a second dose has been given to 1,23,191 frontline workers.
Vaccination program work: According to the information received, 60,17,862 beneficiaries who are more than 60 years of age and those above 45 years have a serious illness. 3,13,226 such beneficiaries have received covid's first vaccine. A total of 10,34,672 vaccine doses were given till 7 pm on the 48th day of coronavirus vaccination across the country. Out of which 8,25,537 beneficiaries have been given the first dose.
