People across the country surf the kite on Capricorn Sankranti. Especially children prefer flying kites. All children and children fly kite. No one knows about such a strict law regarding flying a kite, and a license is also required for flying a kite.

Under the Air Force Act 1934-2 (1), government approval is mandatory for travel ling to balloons, aircrafts, kite, gliders and aviation machines. Flying a kite or balloon at high altitude, especially in restricted areas, interferes with the operation of the aircraft.
