Health Minister of Karnataka. Sudhakar said on Tuesday that there is no shortage of coronavirus vaccine in the state. Sudhakar said, "There is no shortage of vaccines in the state." We have discussed with the Center and the Center has issued assurances to us that there is no shortage of vaccine supply, '' he said, adding that Karnataka will receive 12 doses of vaccines next week.
The minister told reporters in Chikkaballapur that before that 4 lakh doses were to be sent from the aircraft. He said that the government would ensure that there is no shortage of vaccines. The minister said that the second wave of coronavirus has come in the state and cases are increasing in many parts, people should be cautious and ensure that the covid regulations are followed.
According to the information, 2,010 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in Karnataka after a gap of four months. A bulletin issued by the Ministry of Health said that now 15,595 patients are undergoing treatment. There have been 1,985 new cases of coronavirus in Kerala, after which the total number of infected people has increased to more than 11 lakhs. The Health Ministry said that after the death of 10 more people, the number of dead has increased to 4,517.
