New Delhi:  AAP, which is already surrounded by the issue of corruption, has now come under BJP's target regarding the bungalow of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. BJP has also accused Kejriwal of renovating his bungalow by spending Rs 45 crore from government funds. Now Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has also launched a scathing attack.

In a tweet on Wednesday, the Railway Minister said that dust was on his face and he kept pretending to clean the mirror. The Union Minister has not even mentioned anyone's name in his tweet. However, he has definitely used the hashtag Operation Sheesh Mahal in his tweet. The BJP, the ruling party at the Centre, has claimed that Kejriwal has spent about Rs 45 crore on the beautification of his official residence. Describing it as the real face of Kejriwal, BJP has demanded resignation from Kejriwal.

Released around Rs 45 crore five times : BJP leader and spokesperson Sambit Patra claimed on Wednesday that Kejriwal was working to convert his bungalow into a palace when the country was battling the Covid pandemic. Patra claimed that money has also been released five times on behalf of Arvind Kejriwal. The BJP has claimed that Kejriwal also gave an amount of Rs 7.91 crore on 1 September 2020 for the first time. After which, in 2021, an amount of more than Rs 15 crore was re-released three times in total. After which, on June 29, 2022, once again an amount of Rs 9.34 crore was released.

BJP said - Kejriwal does not like painted houses: Sambit Patra further said that Arvind Kejriwal does not like painted houses. That's why he has installed a pre-fabricated wooden wall in his house. Its value has come to around Rs 4.37 crore. At the same time, more than 1.5 crore rupees marble has been installed in the house from Vietnam.
