Update to States with Text Message:

On Facebook, you can update your state via an SMS. You can also get notifications coming into Facebook. For this, you have to go to the mobile settings and activate text messaging.

You can copy your Facebook data:

Facebook gives users the option to download all of their existing data. This includes your statuses, photographs and apps that you use. For this, you have to go to the settings of your Facebook account. After that, click on download copy below in General Account Settings

Notifications of account log in session :

When you go to the Security Committee of the account, you will see a list there. In this list you can find information about all the devices from which you were logged into Facebook or Messenger. If you do not recognize a location or device in the list, click on "End Activity" to close it.
