'International Yoga Day' is celebrated all over the world on 21 June. Yoga has always been an invaluable part of India's ancient tradition. Doing yoga daily has many benefits in a physical and mental way. 'International Yoga Day' was first celebrated in 2015.

The proposal to celebrate Yoga 'internationally' was proposed by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi in front of the United Nations, which was passed by the United Nations within 90 days with the consent of all nations and this became the first proposal to be approved as a day to celebrate in such a short time. Yoga will benefit countless people, so today, people from all over the world are celebrating this day as an important day.

2. Different parts of the body benefit from different asanas of yoga. In yoga, every small part of the body is exercised. And your body becomes flexible or let's say that the body's flexibility increases.
