Mumbai: In his first major outreach ceremony outside Mumbai, Shiv Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray on Thursday held a gathering in Thane, the stronghold of CM Eknath Shinde (Eknath Shide). It is an attempt to unite the army cadre after the revolt of him, Shinde and a large section of the party. Thane's Shiv Sena workers loyal to Aditya showed strong support of his support at the Thane toll Naka when they arrived here. Aaditya is on his three-day 'Shiv Samvad Yatra' to four districts of Thane, Nashik, Ahmednagar and Aurangabad, where he is trying to consolidate support for the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena.

He held meetings at Bhiwandi and Shahpur in Thane, where Shinde has a substantial mass base. Describing the Shinde faction of the Shiv Sena as "traitors", Aaditya said in Bhiwandi, "They are traitors and stabbed us in the back. Now if there is any shame left, resign from the post of MLA and face the election.'' However, he also said that if one returns to the Thackeray faction, "the doors of Matoshree (Thackeray's private residence) will open because our heart is big". "We kept working for the people but we made a mistake... we could not do politics. Neither did we go after the opposition MLAs and harass them nor did we keep an eye on the activities of our MLAs and MPs as we had faith in them. The trust we have put on them (rebels) has brought us into this situation today. "

Aaditya Thackeray said, "We want humanity in politics. Dirty politics should stop because it will cause havoc in the country. At the rally, Aditya said, "I am starting this journey and have come to Bhiwandi to seek the blessings of the people. I have set out to rebuild Shiv Sena and Maharashtra.'' The Yuva Sena chief said, "The MVA government had carried out development works in the state. But in the present government, there are only two members in the cabinet (Shinde and Fadnavis). The state is facing floods, but in the meantime, they (rebels) are trying to threaten our Shiv Sainiks so that they can switch sides. But our Shiv Sainiks do not pay attention to these kinds of tactics. I am confident that this government will fall. It was built illegally. ”
