One of the famous actresses of South Industry Anasuya Bharadwaj has hit the headlines yet again. The actress has recalled a controversy Liger actor Vijay Deverakonda created by using a cuss word during the promotions of Arjun Reddy. The actress slammed Vijay Deverakonda over his performance in Liger.
Anasuya took to his social media and tweeted in Telugu which translates to "Karma is a boomerang and it does come back even if late. Mother's pain will not go away. Karma.. Sometimes it is difficult to come, but it is sure to come!!." She also added the hashtags "#NotHappyOnSomeonesSadness but #FaithRestored."
As soon as it catches the eyes of fans. Anasuya's tweet has upset several fans, who have been re-tweeting and commenting on the tweet. She is being trolled by Vijay Deverakonda's fans on Twitter. Replying to trolls, Anasuya wrote, "Here by..taking a screenshot of every account abusing me..age shaming me by calling“Aunty”..involving my family into this and I will file a case and take it to a point where you will regret getting to me without any legit reason..this is my final warning.."
Speaking about the twitter reviews. One Twitter user wrote: “In Liger, Vijay Deverakonda ’s transformation is stunning, and he gives a committed performance. But it is a wasted opportunity. The narration is totally formulaic. Where’s the story?” Another user wrote, “The idea of pan-India cinema is a bubble. Go back to the basics, have a solid story in place,” wrote the user.
Liger is a sports action drama directed by Puri Jagannath. It has been produced by none other than Karan Johar and stars Vijay Deverakonda alongside Ananya Panday in the lead roles. It was released on August 25. Vijay has essayed the character of an MMA player while Ananya played the role of his love interest. Ramya is seen as Vijay's mother in the movie. However, the film didn't pull the audience to the theatres.
