Sago vada is eaten more in fasting, but it is very popular as a snack for its unique taste and crispness, which you can enjoy eating with sauce. 

Material-

Medium size sago - 1 cup (150 g) soaked
Potatoes - 5 (300 g) boiled
Peanuts - 1/2 cup (100 g) roasted and coarsely chopped
Coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)]
Sandha salt - 1.25 tsp
Green chilli - 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Pepper - 8-10 (coarsely chopped)
Oil - for frying

Method 1 Wash the cup of sago and soak it in water for 2 hours, if additional water appears after soaking in the sago, press it off a little and remove it.

Boil and peel the potatoes and mash them finely. Put the mashed potatoes in the sago and add Sandha salt, finely chopped green chillies, ginger paste, chopped pepper, finely chopped coriander and coarsely chopped peanuts and mix everything till well mixed. The mixture is ready to make vadas.

Heat oil in a pan, remember that the oil should be very hot, add sago paste to less hot oil and it will be scattered. Round the mixture a little and prepare the dough from the palm in the same way with all the mixture.

Pour dough into hot oil, add 3-4 vadas to the pan and turn the sago doughs over and fry till golden. Delicious sago dough is ready. Serve hot sago vada with green coriander sauce, sweet sauce or tomato sauce.
