Snacks mean breakfast anytime and anywhere. Children always eat packaged foods in the market as a snack which are health-damaging. In that case, if you make and feed them Indian snacks sugar, their health will not be harmed.

Ingredients- 1/2 cup - Wheat flour 1/2 cup - white flour 1/4 cup fine Rava 2 tsp ghee or oil 1/2 tsp celery 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/4 tsp pepper ground 1/2 tsp salt or 1/2 cup milk or water oil - to deep fry.

Method - Mix wheat, white flour and rava in a large plate. Then mix celery, chopped pepper, cumin seeds and salt according to taste. Heat 2 teaspoons of ghee in a small pan. Add this ghee to the above mixture and mash with the help of fingers. Then mix half a cup of milk in it and prepare the dough. Do not keep the dough too soft. Then cover the dough with a wet cotton cloth for 30 minutes. Then after half an hour, mash the dough with your hands and divide it into three parts and roll it with your hands and make a small ball.

Now roll it out and spread it in a circle of 6 to 7 inches. It should neither be too thick nor too thin. Now cut it with a knife and cover it with a plate on the edge. Then heat oil in a pan, then fry them a little bit in it. If the oil is too hot, it will cook from the outside but will remain soft from the inside. So heat the oil once and cool it lightly. Once all the snacks are ready, cool them and fill them in a jar. Then serve them as snacks.
