Mumbai: The Corona epidemic has wreaked havoc everywhere. Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope has made an insensitive statement on the death of 14 corona patients in a fire at a Covid Hospital in Virar, Mumbai. Talking about the fire incident, Rajesh Tope said that it is not national news. On such an answer from the Health Minister, when the journalist asked that 14 people have died and are saying that there is no National News, Rajesh Tope said, "Baba, we will definitely extend full support to the extent of the State Government, Rs.5 lakhs from the State Government, Rs.5 lakhs from the Municipal Corporation. 10 lakhs, will help in the same way as the incident has taken place in Nashik. Fire audit, structural audit, electric audit are required for every building, if it is not being implemented, those who are not implementing will be dealt strictly".
He further said, "It will be examined in detail and the inquiry report will be received in 10 days and 100 percent action will be taken against those found in it, it is an unfortunate incident, our entire condolences are to the families of all those whose relatives have died. A fire broke out in the ICU of Vijay Vallah Hospital in Virar West near Mumbai late in the night. At the time of the incident, 17 patients have admitted to the ICU. 13 patients died at the same time the incident. The rest of the patients were shifted to another hospital and one of them has also died".
