According to a statement released on Monday morning, Reliance Entertainment, Aashiq Usman Productions and AP International have agreed to make a Hindi remake of Malayalam's hit movie 'Anjaam Pathira'. 'Anjaam Pathira' is the Malayalam language hit crime thriller, and some other Hindi cinema production companies were also constantly trying to get the rights to its remake.
Shibasish Sarkar, Group CEO of Reliance Entertainment says, "The Malayalam movie 'Anjam Pathira' is one of the selected films that force you to hold your seat till the end of the climax. It has become a cult movie of Malayalam cinema, and we are happy that we are now going to bring it to the country and the world afresh.” Malikam filmmaker Aashiq Usman, along with Reliance Entertainment, expressed happiness over this effort to bring this movie to the whole world. Aashiq says that in addition to Kerala, Malayalam-speaking individuals have shown great eagerness from the days of its production, in addition to Kerala. Now the preparations will be started to make films.
