Bollywood actors Madhavan and Simran worked together in K Balachander's Tamil film Parthal parvesam (2001) and then Mani Ratnam's Kannthhil Muthmital (2002). Madhavan has worked in Bollywood and is also a fan of his act. After a long time, he's going to be in the film. The pair of Madhavan and Simran are looking together after a total of 17 years.
The two are once again eyeing 'Rocket: The Nambi Effect'. With this film, the actor is going to debunk his direction. The film is a biopic based on Nambi Narayanan, the Padma Bhushan Award winner who was falsely accused of espionage.
However, the charges were dismissed by the CBI in 1996 and were acquitted by the Supreme Court in 1998.
According to the report, the shooting of the film is almost over and the film is set for release soon. However, with Simran joining the lead role, it has added to the audience's interest. Madhavan has announced the inclusion of Simran with a collage of photos on his Instagram and wrote in his caption 15 years later. The release date is not yet revealed, it is expected to come out soon.
