I used to take these things very seriously. This was my biggest mistake. I gave these things so much space in my mind that I went into depression. I started harming myself. It was a very bad and dark time.
Shannon further said- By the grace of God, I have my family and friends, who helped me get out of this dark phase. That was a big lesson for me. Now I am in this phase that I can help others. I want to tell everyone that there is no end to anything. Always remember that there is a light at the end of the tunnel when everything seems lost.
