 Maa Baglamukhi situated in Bankhandi of district Kangra is the center of faith for not only the people of the country but also for the people from abroad.  According to a popular belief if a person makes a wish in this holy abode of Maa Bagalamukhi with a true heart his all the wish will get fulfilled. However, there is an interesting thing about the temple.  If a person wants to get rid of court-court cases, then it is the best place visit. The temple of Maa Baglamukhi has a special recognition to get rid of such court-related cases.

Maa Baglamukhi's temple is located in District Kangra. Maa Baglamukhi is sitting here in the same form as the description of the Goddess in the manuscripts. It is said that the Goddess appeared in turmeric-colored water. Because of the yellow color, she is also called Pitambara Devi. It is said that the Goddess loves yellow color very much. People trapped in lawsuits come to Maa Bagalamukhi temple to settle family disputes and land disputes. Devotees perform Havan to destroy enemies here in the temple. A person’s enemies are destroyed by this Havan and the life of the devotees becomes obstacle free.

Big personalities like Pranab Mukherjee, MP Amar Singh Jaya Prada, Jagdish Tytler, Bhupendra Hooda, Nadira Babbar, Bollywood actors Govinda, Gurdas Mann, Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra, Kapil Sharma and Sunny Deol are amongst the devotees of this holy place. Maninder Singh Bitta, president of the All India Anti-Terrorist Front prayed for a film on his life. The very next month, actor Akshay Kumar announced to make a film on the life of Maninder Singh Bitta. Mauritius PM Pravinder Jugnauth along with his wife has also once  performed havan at the holy place.
