Stuart Binny, an Indian all-rounder, has withdrawn from all forms of cricket. In August 2016, the 37-year-old last played for India at a T20I against the West Indies in Lauderhill, Florida. Binny, the son of former India all-rounder Roger Binny, has played for his nation in six Tests, 14 One-Day Internationals, and three Twenty20 Internationals. His bowling stats of 6/4 against Bangladesh in the second One-Day International at Mirpur in June 2014 are still the best by an Indian bowler in ODIs.

“I would like to inform you that I have decided to retire from international and first-class cricket. It has given me tremendous joy and pride to have represented my country at the highest international level,” said Binny in a statement on Monday.

Binny played domestic cricket for Karnataka from 2003-04 to 2018-19. In 2013/14, he had his best domestic season, scoring 443 runs at an average of 43.22 and scalping 14 wickets at an average of 32.64 in Karnataka's Ranji Trophy victory. He was also a part of the team that won the Ranji Trophy in 2014/15. He has moved to Nagaland for the 2019/20 season.

Binny scored 4,796 runs at 34.25 an average of 32.36 and got 148 wickets at 32.36 an average. In T20 cricket, he has 1641 runs at an average of 20.01 and 73 wickets at an average of 25.87. Binny scored 1,788 runs at a 25.54 average in List A cricket and got 99 wickets at a 32.31 average.
