New Delhi: The opposition demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi must apologize for his remarks that those who are arguing, supporting black money and also adjourned the both houses of Parliament till noon.

Early in the day PM Modi said, "those criticising demonetisation don't have a problem with the government's preparedness; their problem is that they didn't get time to turn their black money to white".

Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said in the Rajya Sabha, "PM today said that opposition is favouring black money, this is a serious allegation against the entire Opposition, and he must apologize".

"PM must come to House and apologise..., he must also clarify who has the black money", alleged politician Mayawati.
