Damascus: US soldiers killed three people from the same family in the eastern Syrian province of Deir al-Zour, according to the state broadcaster SANA.

With the cooperation of the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces, US forces carried out a large-scale airdrop in the town of Al-Busayrah and adjacent regions in the province of Deir al-Zour on Monday, killing three people in Al-Busayrah, according to the report.

According to reports, US forces also conducted house searches in the Deir al-Zour countryside and abducted people to unknown locations, although there has been no confirmation from the US side. According to reports, on December 7, US soldiers conducted a similar operation in the area, rounding up individuals with the cooperation of the SDF and destroying the homes they stormed.

Since 2014, US forces have been fighting extremist groups in Syria. The Syrian government has consistently denounced it as an occupying force, accusing the US of taking Syrian oil, gas, and wheat crops.
