Jaipur: The Congress government of Rajasthan has suspended Rajgarh Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Keshav Kumar Meena, Rajgarh Municipality Board chief Satish Duharia and local municipal executive officer (EO) Banwari Lal Meena with immediate effect. After the temple was demolished by bulldozers, questions were being raised on the role of these officers. Complaint was also made against SDM and EO.

Mahant Prakash Das had given a complaint against Rajgarh SDM Keshav Kumar Meena and the local municipal executive officer (EO) Banwari Lal Meena. It was accused of hurting religious sentiments and the officials entering the temple premises wearing shoes. Along with this, there was also talk of breaking the idols with a drill machine and a hammer. Along with the officials, questions were also raised on the role of the Congress MLA in the demolition of the temple. While complaining in the matter, Braj Vikas Parishad, along with SDM and EO, local MLA Johri Lal Meena of Congress was also made accused. While talking to the media, Brij Vikas Parishad chief and complainant Pankaj Gupta had told that Congress MLA Johri Lal Meena is the main responsible for this incident.

But the Congress government of the state has not yet taken any action against its MLA.
