The administration has created a stir after the photo of these three patwaris carrying bottles of liquor went viral. Because all the liquor shops are closed since the lockdown, which came into effect on 25th March, where did it come from? Bottles are also visible. The question on this is, where did so much alcohol come from during lockdown.

While taking action on this misdeed of Patwaris, Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Brajendra Rawat has suspended the three Patwaris. Earlier, he had investigated the Tehsildar and sent a report to the Collector. These patwaris were given the responsibility to make arrangements for the food and water of the people trapped in their area, but these three patwari have got busy in drinking alcohol by not discharging their responsibility.
