Patna: An incident is coming to light from Bihar in which a child was shot by criminals for raising his voice against the injustice of his father. The incident took place in a village under the Sandesh police station area. The sensation spread as the incident of the bullet spread in the area. After being shot, 3-year-old Innocent was brought to Arrah Sadar Hospital for treatment but succumbed to his injuries on the way.

The father said that late on Friday evening, a youth from his neighbour had commented on his elder daughter and molested him. Thereafter, the daughter told about the incident at home. When the father objected to this, the criminals assaulted him and shot his 3-year-old son. After being shot, the family members reported it to the police of town police station.

The same police reached Sadar Hospital and took the body and conducted its post-mortem. All the members of the child's family are crying badly. The boy's father, Sanjay Singh, has accused a neighbour named Chandrashekhar of molesting his daughter and shooting his son. The father has also spoken about Chandrasekhar firing in 3 phases. Police are investigating the incident.
