Noted golfer Tiger Woods has made his return to the PGA Tour for the first time in the last five months and has played an Under 71 card in the first leg of the Memorial Golf Tournament. The tournament is being played without an audience due to the Corona transition, which was a new experience for Tiger Woods. After this, he started with a birdie of ten feet and finished the first round with a birdie of 15 feet.
Tiger Woods is five shots behind Tony Finau who scored six-under 66 after the first round. Finau has made birdies in seven of his last ten holes. Due to this, he has also maintained a one-shot lead over Ryan Palmer.
The tournament is played at Murfield Village Golf Course, at which the Workday Charity Open was held last week. This is the first time in the past 63-year history of the PGA Tour, while the tournament is being held for two consecutive weeks on one course.
