Washington: Chinese app TikTok has filed a case against US President Donald Trump's order banning it. TikTok made a stern comment, saying that Trump had done this to create an anti-China atmosphere to win the election again. This case has been filed in the Federal Court of Los Angeles and the names of US President Trump, US Ministry of Commerce and Commerce Minister Wilbur Ross have been registered as defendants.
TikTok and its parent company ByteDance denied the President's office's allegations that they were some kind of threat to US national security. The company said that the company takes 'extraordinary measures' to protect the privacy and secure the data of American consumers of TikTok. It is noteworthy that US President Trump, in his August 6 executive order, had banned TikTok, saying that within 90 days, they should either go from America or sell his business to an American company.
