The first Apple retail location in India was just opened by Apple CEO Tim Cook, who recently arrived in India. The Bandra-Kurla Complex in Mumbai is where the store, which will open its doors to customers on April 18, is situated. At the opening of the private store were several Bollywood superstars, including Madhuri Dixit, Raveena Tandon, Soha Ali Khan, AR Rahman, Farah Khan Ali, and others. Celebrities shared memories of their time with the entrepreneur on social media.

The actress is seen posing alongside Preity Zinta, Vidya Balan, Sonali Bendre, Masaba Gupta, and Farah Ali Khan in a series of images released by Raveena Tandon. Another picture of her and her kid smiling with Tim Cook was released, along with the actress's caption, "On a Monday it was a Sonday for me. Ranbir, a #techgeek who was thrilled to meet #timcook and the @badboyshah, is on duty. He has been a fan of his since he wanted to know the meaning of "Matak Matak jaise.. ladki lovely." Also included is a snapshot of her son with Badshah.

A number of pictures featuring Masaba Gupta, Suzanne Khan, Genelia D' Souza, and other celebrities were also uploaded by renowned fashion designer Farah Khan Ali. Also, she captioned a picture of herself with Tim Cook, "Meeted the Tim Cook of @apple today in Mumbai at the first Apple Store in India." A fantastic evening with fantastic people. According to reports, Tim Cook will greet customers when Apple's first location in India opens tomorrow in Mumbai's BKC neighborhood. It's been 25 years since Apple first opened a store in India. On April 20, a second store will open in New Delhi. Tim Cook is also anticipated to meet with Narendra Modi, the prime minister.
