New Delhi: In view of the increasing cases of the corona, night curfew may now come into effect in Uttarakhand from today (Friday) on the lines of several states including Delhi. Night curfew has been imposed in several states including Delhi, Punjab, Maharashtra in view of the increasing double cases of corona for the past several days. In Uttarakhand, CM Tirath Singh Rawat is likely to announce a night curfew in the state from today in view of the increasing cases of corona. They have also given such signals.
CM Tirath Singh Rawat has said that it will be discussed in the cabinet on Friday. After which a decision will be taken on this. CM Tirath Singh Rawat said on schools that providing security to every person is the top priority of the government. All aspects are being constantly researched. Whatever is appropriate in the public interest, the government will decide the same. This can be decided in the Cabinet. The government is reportedly considering closing schools once again for a few days. The education department has prepared a proposal which will be placed in today's cabinet meeting.
The education department has recommended for closure of classes except board classes for some time. The department believes that it would be in the interest of the student to continue the 10th and 12th classes by having board examinations. At the same time, by growing up in age, the board students can be easily made to follow corona standards.
