Kolkata: Leader of Opposition in West Bengal and BJP MLA Suvendu Adhikari met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi on Tuesday (December 20) morning. Suvendu arrives to meet Amit Shah in Parliament House. The conversation between the two lasted for about 30 minutes. However, information about what happened during this time has not been uncovered.

After the Home Minister, Suvendu Adhikari also met PM Modi. The conversation between the two lasted for about three minutes alone. Suvendu Adhikari then called Bengal's ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) the most corrupt party in the country. Earlier, Suvendu Adhikari had met Amit Shah during his visit to the state on Saturday. Three days later, Suvendu Adhikari met Amit Shah again. As a result, it is speculated by political pundits that this meeting is particularly important from the point of view of state politics. According to the report, Suvendu Adhikari discussed a number of issues including the law and order situation in the state with Home Minister Amit Shah. Apart from this, the state and the party's position in the upcoming panchayat elections were also discussed.

Apart from Amit Shah's meeting, Suvendu is also scheduled to meet Union Panchayat Rural Development Department Minister Giriraj Singh. According to BJP sources, corruption in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana will be presented to the Union Minister in this meeting. In fact, before the panchayat elections are due in Bengal next year, it is considered important for two front-line leaders of the state, Suvendu Adhikari and Sukant Majumdar, to go to Delhi and meet the central leaders. After the meeting, Suvendu Adhikari said that Amit Shah ji gave him about 30 minutes. For that he is grateful. He targeted the TMC and said that TMC is the most corrupt party in the country.
