New Delhi: The common man is suffering from inflation in the country from the street to the kitchen. The steep rise in the price of food items has spoiled the budget of the common people. But, now, a piece of relief news has come out for the common people. In fact, the price of tomatoes has fallen by up to 60 per cent in the month itself, in June, the same tomatoes were selling at the rate of Rs 100 per kg.

Usually, potatoes and tomatoes are used in making vegetables in every kitchen. But due to the tremendous increase in the price of tomatoes in the past few days, they almost disappeared from the kitchen. The reason for this was that the prices of tomatoes were skyrocketing every day. In June, it was selling at the rate of Rs 100 per kg. However, the data that has now been presented by the government is going to give relief to the common man.

According to government data, the price of tomatoes has registered a decline of up to 60 per cent this month and their prices have now come down from Rs 100 to Rs 40 per kg. In June, the price of tomatoes had registered a rise of 158.78 per cent. However, with the price coming down steadily in July, the tomato has now reached back to the kitchen again.
