New Delhi: A tragic accident occurred in Central Delhi on Friday when a school bus collided with a motorcycle and an auto-rickshaw near IP state police station. The collision resulted in severe damage, with the motorcycle being crushed by the bus, leading to serious injuries to the rider. Despite undergoing treatment at the hospital, the rider tragically succumbed to their injuries. The bus involved in the accident belonged to a private school, adding to the gravity of the situation.

Additionally, the auto-rickshaw driver sustained injuries in the collision, further highlighting the severity of the incident. The police swiftly responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the matter. As part of their investigation, the authorities have seized the bus to gather crucial evidence and determine the cause of the accident.

This unfortunate incident follows another road mishap on April 11, where an Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus collided with a roadside pole in Rajouri Garden, injuring 18 people. Fortunately, there were no fatalities reported in that incident, with all injured individuals receiving medical attention promptly. An FIR has been lodged at the Rajouri Garden Police Station, and the authorities are diligently working to ascertain the cause of the accident through thorough investigations and mechanical inspections of the vehicles involved.
