Lucknow: Information has come to light that seven people died in a horrific road accident in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. Here, the bus going from Ayodhya in UP towards Ambedkar Nagar overturned after hitting a truck. More than 40 people were seriously injured in this accident. The accident happened on the Lucknow-Gorakhpur highway. The police and administration teams have reached the spot and are engaged in relief and rescue work.

According to the police, there was a face-to-face collision between the bus and the truck. The collision was so severe that the truck overturned and fell on top of the bus. According to Ayodhya's Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Ajay Raja, seven people who were victims of the road accident have lost their lives so far. More than 40 people are injured. According to the report, more than a dozen ambulances have been sent to the scene since the accident. The injured are being taken to the district hospital and medical college.

At the same time, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed grief over the deaths of people in the accident. CM Yogi has also instructed the administration to immediately take the injured to the hospital and provide them with proper treatment.
